Nothing, ideally. If you have your entity type, roughly what your annual revenue is, and how many employees or contractors you pay, the conversation goes faster — but turning up with none of it is completely fine.
Yes. Bookkeeping, payroll and federal tax work are not geographically limited, and we work with founders forming U.S. companies from around the world.
Yes, by appointment — we have offices in Orlando (W Sand Lake Road, in the Dr. Phillips area), Jacksonville and Miami. We work online by default because it is faster for almost everyone, so it is worth booking ahead rather than dropping in.
